1. Acceptance
By downloading, installing or playing Horizon Rush ("the Game"), you agree to these Terms of Service with M4 Infotech ("we", "us"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
2. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the Game on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
3. What you may not do
- Reverse engineer, decompile or modify the Game, except where that right cannot lawfully be excluded.
- Cheat, tamper with save data, or manipulate leaderboards or daily results.
- Redistribute, resell, sublicense or commercially exploit the Game or its assets.
- Use the Game in any way that breaks applicable law or the rules of the store you obtained it from.
We may remove leaderboard entries that appear to be fabricated, and may restrict access to online features where tampering is detected.
4. Coins, cars and upgrades
Coins, cars, upgrades, stars and streaks are not property, currency or anything of monetary value. They are a licence to use a feature within the Game, they cannot be exchanged for money, and they may be adjusted, reset or discontinued as the Game is balanced and updated.
Coins cannot be purchased. Optional rewarded video ads grant bonus coins; watching them is always your choice.
5. Progress and data loss
Your progress is stored on your device. Unless you enable cloud save through Game Center or Play Games, we hold no copy and cannot restore progress lost to device failure, deletion or reinstallation. We strongly recommend signing in.
6. Third-party services
The Game uses services operated by others, including Apple Game Center, Google Play Games, Google Firebase, and advertising providers. Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms and privacy policies, over which we have no control.
7. Purchases and refunds
Any purchase is processed by Apple or Google, not by us. Refunds are handled entirely under their policies through their own support channels; we are not able to issue them directly.
8. Availability and changes
We may update, change or discontinue the Game or any of its features at any time. Online features depend on services we do not operate and may be unavailable from time to time.
9. Disclaimer
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, M4 Infotech is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data or progress arising from your use of the Game. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Game at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or terminate your access to online features if you materially breach these Terms.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms as the Game develops. The "Last updated" date reflects the current version, and continuing to play after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
